Wig Preparation

1.  Please ensure your wig is properly prepared and suitable for the style you want.
If these requirements are not met, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
2. Optional – Wig Customisation
We recommend bleaching the knots (customisation) for a more natural look.
Customisation costs £15 and cannot be done on the same day as your appointment.
If you would like customisation, your wig must be dropped off at least 48 hours before your appointment.
   We can advise you on wig suitability and customisation options. Please speak to a member of staff. Contact

Deposit & Booking

•  We operate on a first come, first served basis.
• The first person to pay the £15 deposit will secure the appointment date and time.
• All deposits are non-refundable, so please be sure of your chosen date and time before booking. 

 Travel Policy
We are available to travel for bookings.
Please note that travel fees are not included in any of our service prices.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Policy

• Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
•  If you reschedule with 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be moved to your next appointment.

You can only reschedule once using the same deposit. After this, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Late Arrivals

•  unless otherwise agreed with us in advance. A 15-minute grace period is given for late arrivals.
• After 15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
