Wig Service Policy
Our wig services include revamping, colouring and wig making. Pricing for these services varies based on the specific requirements of each client.
Because of this, final pricing will be quoted after consultation. Please contact our team to receive an exact price. 

Drop-Off & Pick-Up
All drop-off and pick-up appointments are made from our studio location.
You may also choose to ship your wig using an approved and UK-recognised delivery/courier service.
Clients are responsible for any shipping fees and ensuring items are securely packaged.

Payments & Deposits
A deposit is required before we commence any service.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before pick-up or prior to dispatch (if using a courier).
Failure to complete payment may delay the return of your item.
